Inspired by the popular, long-running radio show, Desert Island Discs, I am inviting people to be interviewed for Lighthouse Lullabies. Rather than being castaways on a Desert Island, guests will be high on a cliff top above the crashing waves, sequestered alone in a lighthouse where they guide the ships and boats in and out of a safe harbour.
From there, I will interview people about their lives and, just like Desert Island Discs, music will be pre-chosen to represent significant moments or periods of one’s life. Alongside music, there is also the option of choosing special places, poems or works of art.
Record your voice and memories as a precious keepsake, either for yourself or for your loved ones.
